Please note if you signed up for drop-in sessions the cancelations are a minimum of 48hrs (yes to the hour, regardless of the reason) and 72 hours if you're signed up to a bundle. I KNOW it's never great losing out and having to pay but we have ice times to pay for, coaches to pay, website fees +++ oh yeah and to feed ourselves and families as well. We do our best to be understanding, but please be understanding as well.
